Grouped by work and teams, making and building, going deeper, and children and students.
AI tools work out likely answers, so they can sound sure and still be wrong. We teach the habit of checking alongside the habit of asking, in every session.
Say what you need, who it is for, which sources count and what is off limits. A clear brief makes a useful answer more likely, never certain.
Produce a first draft with AI during the session, on a realistic task, while the trainer watches how you work as well as what comes out.
Compare the output with the source. Mark what holds up, what is missing and what the tool made up or quietly changed.
Fix the draft, then write down the steps you took so you can repeat them next week without the trainer in the room.
Groups are kept small enough for the trainer to see each person's work and help while you're doing it.
Each course builds towards one piece of work: a checked summary, a decision brief or a playable adventure.
Booked learners open lesson pages, prompts and success checks with an access code, so they can prepare beforehand and look things up afterwards.
A half day, a full day or a series over several weeks. We start with a short discovery conversation, agree the goals, the tools your organisation allows and what data is safe to practise with, then plan the sessions around that.
If yours isn’t here, send it over. Dates and fees are confirmed by email before anyone books.
Syllabus pages are public. Lesson pages and downloads open with an access code your trainer sends once you have booked. A course code opens the whole course. A tailored lesson code opens only the lessons in your booking. It is a code for this website, not an account with an AI tool.
It depends on the course. The work and teams courses are written so the steps work with most general AI chat tools, so use one your organisation allows. The making and building courses use image, video or site-building tools, and the deeper courses go as far as running a model on your own machine or calling an API, so each of those pages lists what you need and what it costs to run. On the children's course the trainer runs a local AI tool and the children direct it, so they use no online AI services and need no accounts. If you are unsure whether a course fits the tools you are allowed, ask when you enquire.
Often closer, not always. AI tools produce likely-sounding text, so even a clear prompt can come back with a missed instruction or an invented detail. That is why every course spends as much time on checking as on prompting.
Practice uses made-up material written for each course. Please don't put confidential or personal data into a tool your organisation hasn't approved. Team courses can be planned around your own examples once we have agreed what is safe to use. On the courses where you publish something or build an assistant, the same rule applies to anything you put in front of other people.
